The PT Hub is the private training facility designed to create a hard working, but enjoyable environment with with high quality equipment.


The focus is simple - achieving each client’s strength and training goals with programmes that are progressive, challenging and enjoyable.


The gym’s point of difference is it’s community and clear accessibility to everyone. The clientele is 50/50 women to men and offers 1-1, buddy & group sessions. As well as creating a high standard facility for other personal trainers to thrive. 


My training skills and experience are quite diverse. I offer tailored, effective strength training for beginners, (such as a mum’s strength group run at hours suitable for working mums), through to designed programmes with a serious focus on competition training (such as Hyrox) and lots in between.
