The Performance Programme

This program has been crafted with years of experience training hard around a busy work schedule and taking to the competition floor.

This Program Includes:

  • 2-4 Strength and Conditioning Sessions Per Week

  • 2-3 Running Sessions Per Week

  • 1 x Competition Specific Workout Per Week (Hyrox)
