Excel On The Competition Floor.
There is a massive shift in the fitness industry that I love.
It's all about performance, pushing your boundaries and stepping into races onto the competition floor.
Whether it be Hyrox, Turf Games, Marathons etc to showcase exactly what you are capable of!
Although I promote a healthy balance and approach to fitness competitions. It's not the be all and end all. You can still take part in the athlete approach to training.

What to Expect In This Programme
Frequently Asked Questions:
Who is this programme for?
This programme is designed for everyday athletes who enjoy both running and strength training and want to improve overall performance. It’s ideal for those training in a hybrid style, preparing for fitness racing like Hyrox, functional fitness competitions or wanting to build strength and endurance at the same time.
What does a typical training week look like?
Each athlete has different life commitments every week. So I allow mine to train at a day and time that suits them and tweak the days of the program to allow for optimal performance. It's roughly 4-7 hours of training per week.
How much does it cost?
£50 Per Month. Incredible value, I know! The reason I have priced it there is to remove any barriers from stopping you become the best version of yourself!
Is gym access essential?
Yes. For this style of training, you will require access to a gym with multiple ergs & free weights and ideally sleds and suitable running spaces. If you don't have access to this, it will be harder to get the desired specificity and outcome.
What results should be
expected?
It's hard to put it all into one answer. But I've had multiple clients drop below the 20Min 5k Time. All athletes have achieved a Personal Best in their following Hyrox races. There is also a measurable increase in strength across the key lifts. As well as that, the athletes are more confident and happier in their body composition.
Can I pair it with group classes?
Absolutely! Although this is a remote, online training programme. I am a firm believer and promoter of group training. Especially Hyrox style stuff. This program can complement it. You have the ability to sub in/out group classes to suit your gyms schedule.
